- Who should attend?
- Bring the leaders who can choose a workflow and assign an owner. For a PE firm, that may be the investment or operating team. For a portfolio company, it may be the CEO, CFO and functional leaders deciding on their own company’s work.
- What should we prepare?
- Bring one recurring task and examples your organization permits you to share. Tell us about your existing AI tools and access restrictions. Confirm the location, delivery arrangements and tool access with us when booking.
- What happens afterwards?
- Leave with a working tool, a named owner and candidate workflows for the next step. A wider team can build capability through the Accelerator; an Audit can establish priorities before a larger implementation.
- What is the fee?
